On June 14, 2025, Archer Magazine hosted a vibrant celebration at LCI Melbourne to mark the launch of Issue #21: the ART issue, and to introduce Archer Studio, our new not-for-profit creative agency led by and for the LGBTQIA+ community.

social and in-person activations

Hosted at LCI Melbourne, the night featured live performances from Kira Puru and Bruno Salsicce, DJ sets by Gay Dad, immersive art installations, and powerful speeches from our team and contributors. The ART Issue — a visual love letter to our community and a bold statement on creative resistance — was unveiled to a packed room of readers, supporters, and collaborators.

social and in-person activations

As part of the celebration, we ran a live photo activation inside a dedicated photo studio space, capturing portraits of our guests throughout the night. This activation gave our audience a chance to step in front of the camera, be seen, and be celebrated - reflecting the essence of both Archer Magazine and Archer Studio. The images now form a visual archive of the community who came together to mark this milestone.
