Inclusive Rainbow Voices

Inclusive Rainbow Voices represents and advocates for the human rights of all LGBTIQA+ people with disability. As a small, community-run organisation, they needed a way to stay visible and connected with their community and funders without burning out the two people doing the work.

With funding from DFFH, Archer Studio built a full communications strategy designed to be run in-house: practical, accessible, and sustainable for a lean team.

The Strategy

Small team. Sustained voice.

Working within real limits around time, resourcing and capacity, Archer shaped a strategy that meets IRV where they are. Every part was built so staff can plug in content and keep things moving without a designer or a comms manager on call. The voice stays empowered, driven and matter-of-fact, cutting through the mainstream noise while keeping accessibility at the centre of every decision.
