On 4 August 2026, Pride Cup launched Benched, their new sports and culture podcast, on the rooftop at Lulie Tavern in Abbotsford. The night brought together the people who made the show and the community Pride Cup wanted on the team: live shenanigans, team spirit, sliders and beer, and a dress code of vintage sports merch and gloriously questionable sporting fashion.

Benched is hosted by former elite athletes Hannah Wilkinson, Mitch Brown and Rudy Jean Rigg. Every fortnight they unpack sporting moments, internet discourse and general hot goss through a queer lens the show never feels the need to explain or justify.

Archer Studio booked the event photographer on Pride Cup’s behalf, supplied all event imagery, and delivered the full edited gallery on a 24 hour turnaround.
